Our inspiration to start our business all had one common ground, passion for food and entrepreneurial spirits! So, we embraced our niche. All our lives the most fun times of year would be the multiple times our families got together, cooked large feast and simply spent hours raving about the food we had just ate. Times like major holidays, Christmas, thanksgiving, New Years, Friday night fish fry or a Saturday night card game. Food was always the center and we became a hit with family and friends! We strengthened our niche and ability to cook for larger groups, pushing out faster, tastier and visually enticing meals each time.
